To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sg77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if sg77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
sg77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sg77 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
In no event shall sg77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sg77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sg77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
sg77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
sg77 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and sg77 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

In the event of a dispute between you and sg77, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe sg77 has acted in breach of its PAGCOR obligations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
